نحرص في تطبيق ومنصة "ثيتالوك - Thetalook" على حماية خصوصيتك ومنحك التحكم الكامل في بياناتك. يمكنك حذف حسابك وكل بياناته بإحدى طريقتين، أو حذف بعض بياناتك مع بقاء الحساب.
يُحذف الحساب نهائياً بعد 3 أيام. إذا سجّلت الدخول خلال هذه الأيام يُلغى الحذف.
الطريقة الثانية: أرسل طلب الحذف إلى البريد الإلكتروني التالي:
نتواصل معك عبر البريد للتأكد من هويتك، وننفذ الحذف خلال 48 ساعة عمل كحد أقصى.
الحذف من التطبيق نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه. ولحذف أي بيانات أخرى دون حذف الحساب، راسلنا على البريد أعلاه بما تريد حذفه، وننفذه خلال 48 ساعة عمل.
تنبيه هام جداً: بعد تنفيذ الحذف لا يمكن التراجع عنه، وستفقد الوصول إلى سجل طلباتك وكل البيانات المرتبطة بالحساب.
In the app: open the "Profile" tab, tap "Settings" at the top, then "Delete account", and confirm. The account is deleted for good after 3 days. Signing in during those days cancels the deletion.
By email: write to gs.thetalook@gmail.com with your full name or username, and the email address and phone number of your account. We confirm your identity by email and delete the account within 48 working hours.
Deleted: your profile, scans and their photos, medical history, looks, posts, comments, likes, follows, the messages you sent, notifications and registered devices. Kept: orders, as financial records with the recipient's name, phone, district and landmark erased. In a conversation, the other person keeps only their own messages.
A kept scan photo: the "Scan" tab → "Skin Journey" → open the scan under "Your scans and photos" → "Delete photo". The scan's result stays. Progress photos: the "Profile" tab → "Before and after" → the delete button on the photo. The scan stays. A post: open your post → "Delete post". A comment: "Delete comment" on your comment. A message: press and hold your message → "Delete message". It is deleted for both of you.
Deleting in the app is final and cannot be undone. To delete any other data and keep your account, email gs.thetalook@gmail.com with what you want deleted, and we do it within 48 working hours.
